I’d just like to send thanks to your salesperson Glenn Brown for the excellent service we received when purchasing our car very recently.
When we arrived at the yard it was made known that we weren’t ready to be purchasing a car that day.
We had mentioned that we were just looking at a particular model for the time being and just getting prices and seeing what was out there.
Other car dealerships we had looked at had pushed for the sale and gave us a lot of information around the the cars specifics that wasn’t really of interest to us and never bothered to find out what we actually wanted and what was important to us in buying this particular car.
Knowing full well weren’t ready to buy a car that day Glenn still took the time to ask us why we were looking at that type of car, and spent an hour with us even comparing other models so we could gauge whether that model was definately what we wanted to go with.
He wasn’t pushy and a really friendly and helpful sales person, which is what you want when parting with a large amount of money.
His service was fantastic and based on that we came back prior to being ready to purchase to put a holding deposit on the car because we really wanted it and wanted to give the business to him for his efforts.
I will definately recommend family and colleagues to D & N carsales in future.
